"1st ever commissioned painting I've done! A lovely lady saw my cherry blossom themed painting at my exhibition in Jadore Studio and wanted another similar one. I suggested these peonies and since the subject brought good associations to mind with it, got the green light. And thus this piece was created. I think they look very good as a pair, even though these were gifted to two different young ladies to decorate their rooms with. Kinda like sisters - look good separate but even more when together haha."
